Being that we are a small business, please allow up to 7-14 business days to allow us to process your order. Conceited Babe shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Conceited Babe is responsible for orders until they leave the facility. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely. You will receive an initial order confirmation and a shipping confirmation when your order is scanned at the post office. Please note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, and shipping time.
